Welcome to UKONWABA TOURS & TRAVEL! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any services or purchasing products from us. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
- A confirmed booking requires a deposit or full payment. Payments can be made through our secure online platform or via direct bank transfer.
- All transfer services must be booked in advance to ensure availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All tour departures and arrival times are approximate.
- We accept major credit cards, and EFT payments. Any additional payment fees will be disclosed upfront. Cash payments are to be made in South African Rands unless alternative arrangements have been made.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer will be refunded in full. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full transfer cost.
- UKONWABA TOURS & TRAVEL is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
3. Tour & Transfer Guidelines
- Our tours are tailored to your needs. While we aim to accommodate special requests, changes to itineraries after confirmation may incur additional fees.
- Our guides and drivers are knowledgeable, experienced, and bilingual in English and French. We prioritize your safety and comfort throughout the journey.
- All guests are responsible for their personal health and fitness for the tour activities they participate in. We advise guests to carry necessary medications and to inform us of any medical conditions beforehand.
- UKONWABA accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers.
- Please ensure that valuables & travel documents are kept safe at all times.
4. Online Shop
- By purchasing items from our online shop, you are directly supporting local communities in need. These products are handmade and unique, and all proceeds go toward community development initiatives.
5. Data Privacy
